Job Description

This digital technology firm based in North West London is a Global Leader of smart cards, bank card etc. They are looking for Production Operatives to cover the following shifts:06:45 - 14:15 or 14:10 - 21:40 Monday to Friday Rotating shiftsThe main purpose of the role:-To produce cards with a high quality of work, maintaining a high volume and a high accuracy.All job goals are to be completed striving at all times for Quality, Trust and Security.The tasks include:-

  • To produce cards to a high standard in terms of quality, whilst at the same time maintaining high levels of output and accuracy.
  • The Operator must carry out all checks during production as outlined in the relevant company Work Instructions to ensure correct materials are being used and that the quality of printing , embossing, tipping and indent are to the required standard.
  • Regular checks must also be carried out on the chip and magnetic stripe using the equipment provided.
  • The Operator must ensure accurate card reconciliation by counting the cards at the beginning and end of each job, completing all documentation in full, and disposing of all waste materials in compliance with all current security requirements as specifiedby Visa and Mastercard.
The ideal person will have :-
  • Basic numeracy.
  • Computer Literate
  • Attention to detail is essential including good visual skills.
  • Ability to read & understand Machine errors on P.C.; diagnose and rectify accordingly.
  • The ability to enjoy repetitive work
