Job Description

Senior Payroll Lead UK & EU - NW London - £53-58k - Permanent Due to growth within the business my award-winning retail client is looking for a strong and knowledgeable senior payroll professional to take the lead with its UK & EU Payrolls across 10 Countries, whilst leading a team of 3. You will also take a lead in supporting the implementation of a new Global HR/Payroll/T&A SystemTo be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

  • Experience in a fast paced, high volume environment (ideally Retail or Payroll Bureau)
  • Vendor Management
  • Advanced knowledge with UK & EU payrolls
  • Experience of process streamlining and continuous improvement
  • Experience of managing a team, coaching and developing staff
  • Been involved with implementing a new Payroll/HR system
  • Experience of administering and processing UK pensions and employee benefits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ideally have experience of ADP Freedom, EZlabour and/or SD Worx
