The purpose of the design department is to utilize their extensive knowledge of the end user to create brilliant responsive designs and enhance site features to improve the customer journey and revenue to the business.The design team is made up of highly skilled individuals with experience in all areas of digital, from creative to technical. Even though they work in a high-pressure environment, they’re friendly, laidback and encourage the sharing of ideas and knowledge.As a Hybrid Designer/Developer you will be required to hit the ground running and utilize your knowledge of best practice design and coding practices to enhance the experience of our brand’s growing customer base.The role is split into development focused projects (80%) and design tasks (20%).You will be required to take ownership of your projects and see them through to completion, including:
