Experienced Block Manager is needed for this successful residential Estate Agency in North West London. Must have Block Management experience. Someone who is able to deal with Tenants, Landlords and Leaseholders via email and on the phone. Someone to be responsible for visiting property sites, carrying out inspections and monitoring their condition, liaising with contractors and maintenance personnel regarding enquiries from small repairs to refurbishments, offering help and advice to owners and tenants regarding their property situation and condition. The successful person must be someone who is interested in the property industry and wants to learn and progress, someone who can use their initiative in a confident and professional way liaising with people at all levels, making their owndecisions independently and as part of a team.
