Job Description

There are currently vacancies across North Lanarkshire H&SCP, the H&SCP covers Airdrie, Bellshill/Viewpark, Coatbridge, Cumbernauld/Kilsyth, Motherwell & Wishaw. To support the Community Nursing Team Leader who has overall line management responsibility for the treatment room.The post holder will ensure a person centered approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality strategy.The postholder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of episodes of care in accordance with NHS Lanarkshire’s policies/procedures and NMC guidelines.The postholder will carry out all forms of relevant care without supervision and demonstrate procedures to and supervise registered/unregistered nursing staff.
