Job Description

Interaction Recruitment are working with a popular manufacturing client based near North Walsham (NR12) who are looking to recruit a Trainee Production Team Leader on a full-time permanent basis - £30,000 per annum.Hours 6.30am4.30pm or 7am5pm.Duties

  • Lead and motivate the workshop team
  • Implement and maintain a quality systems
  • Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships
  • Ensure that staff are trained and coached to enable a multi-skilled approach across the Workshop, as appropriate
  • Update the CRM in line with the completed task lists at the end of each day, liaising with the Operations Manager regarding the next days production
  • Deliver a continuous improvement strategy for the Workshop ensuring efficient workflow processes across the team
Skills required
  • Fork lift truck counter balance licence is desirable
  • Health and safety qualification
  • Experience with CNC machines, machine maintenance or lamination fabrication is desirable
  • Able to lift up to 25KG
  • Driver with access to own vehicle
