Thats when it hits home.We havea brilliant job opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our brand-new service in North Walsham and Taverham, where we provide support to adults with learning disability and autism. We are looking for someone wholl use their brilliant clinical skills and experience of autism and learning disabilities to transition customers into their own new home within the community. Working alongside our Learning Disability Nurse Manager, Team Leadersand Support workers youll be supporting our wonderful customers to live happy and fulfilling lives. Youll lead practice development, providing ongoing coaching, mentoring and training to our Team Leaders and Support Workers to ensure that high quality individualised care is delivered which maximises customers ability to live independently and feel enabled.Youll work within a PBS framework and lead on delivering plans and interventions, working collaboratively with our customers, their families, clinical and operational colleagues.Youll use your experience and brilliant skills to ensure all practice is evidencebased and person led. Youllprovide advice and coaching to your colleagues on the day-to-day support required, ensuring safety, promoting recovery, wellbeing and maximising independence.
