Job Description

Quality Manager | Norfolk | £45k-£51k | 40 HoursAre you an avid multi-tasker with an aptitude towards health and safety in the workplace, a passion for best practice and delivering a robust safety cultureThen this could be the role for youAs an instrumental member of the on-site leadership team, you will manage all aspects of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental systems. You will be expected to monitor and provide careful overwatch for the development, implementation and continuous improvementof all elements relating to QHSE management. To be successful in this position you must share in the values of the company and work towards a continuous improvement of both processes and procedures within the company, whilst adhering to the well being of company employees at all times.Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance on QHSE legislation and QHSE matters- Lead management reviews of the QHSE system- Develop internal audit programs- Liaise with Certification bodies, QHSE professionals and QHSE advisors- Provide Managing Director with educated opinions on QHSE system improvements- Management of Resources- Ensure all policies are implemented, understood and adhered to- Oversee customer satisfaction and complaint management- Support others with developing a can-do attitude- Planning of QHSE training eventsAbout You - Relevant previous QHSE management experience working in a fast paced environment- Experience in plastic moulding industry- Member of a quality professional body (Quality CQI, IOSH)- Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001- Professional knowledge of ISO 9001, BRC, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001- Enhanced troubleshooting and problem solving capabilitiesBenefits- Participation in all company events- Referral program- On-site parking- Cycle to work schemeIf you are looking for a new role. and think this could be the one - APPLY NOW!We are committed to equality of opportunity, and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships
