QSHE Manager (World Class Manufacturer)North Walsham£50,000 - £58,000 + training + career progression + 25 days holidayAre you a QSHE Manager, looking for a new role within a global company, where you will be part of the leadership team, effectively managing all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systemsAre you looking to work for a highly successful business which is passionate about helping build a sustainable future, whilst unleashing their employees potential You will be leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement in QHSE policies,procedures and strategies, for a market leading organization.On offer is the opportunity for QSHE Manager, to step into an exciting new role. You will be advising the Managing Director and leadership team and leading the HSE and Quality functions of the business. This is a highly autonomous role, that would suit someonelooking for a leadership role, within a forward thinking business, who are passionate about sustainability, safety and unleashing their employees potential.The role:

  • Monitor the implementation of the Companys QHSE management system and propose improvements
  • Develop and coordinate execution of the Companys internal and external audit programme
  • Provide guidance and information to management and employees on QHSE legislation
  • Oversee undertaking QHSE inductions for all new employees
  • Provide the Managing Director with management information and advice on the development of QHSE policies.
The person:
  • Experience in QHSE Management
  • FMCG background
