We are proud to be partnered with a market leading fresh produce business-based North of Norwich, who due to an increase in demand and growth are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join the team on 2-3-month fixed term contract and add immediatevalue. The purpose of the role is to support with administration, planning, producing reports, purchase orders and liaising with suppliers. Duties of the Procurement Administrator:*Creating and maintaining spread sheets - stock reports, packaging etc.*Stock control to ensure that orders are fulfilled versus short / medium term demand forecasts.*Supporting customer production plans *Using SAP software to raise purchase orders, to check delivery against invoices *Follow up invoice queries with suppliers.*Reporting on KPIs *Liaise with supply chain regarding costings, product, and pricing enquiries.Experience required:*Strong administration skills and previous experience with accurate data entry*Strong IT skills and a confident excel user in particular *SAP software experience *Own transport is essential due to the location of the role, and you must be available to start immediately Whats on offer:* Monday to Friday position (40 hours total per week)*£23,000-£25,000 salary depending on experience (pro rata)*An immediate start for the successful candidate *The chance to gain experience in a fast moving and successful business
