INJECTION MOULDING TOOLMAKERDAYSNORTH WALSHAM£30,000 - £40,000The CandidateExperienced Injection Mould Toolmaker with relevant qualifications and familiarity with multi cavity injection mould tools, an understanding of hot runner systems preferable.Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative, with at least 2 years experience working with injection tooling.The Role:Working with the senior toolmaker, you will be responsible for repairing, modifying and maintaining predominantly multi cavity injection mould tools and blow mould tools.Maintenance and upkeep of all tooling using various methods of repair including the use of; manual Lathes, Milling machines, Surface and cylindrical grinders, CNC Spark Erosion and Bench tools.Providing support and Input to new designs and modifications, and where required building and modifying prototype tooling.You will provide engineering support to setting, maintenance and production, assist with breakdown production repairs and prioritise maintaining production output from tooling to meet the needs of our customers.You will document and record modifications and maintenance work carried out on tooling, in accordance with the companys SOPs.In return for your commitment my client offers a stable and secure career for a technically motivated toolmaker.
