Sometimes our customers display behaviours that challenge us. They may also require support with personal care or complex physical health needs. Let me introduce you to one of our customers, lets call them B. B is looking for a calm, relaxed and confident Support Worker with good communication skills to support themwith theirdaily living activities. B, can get frustrated when they cannot follow aconversation. They need you to be able to adapt your language and explain things in simple terms so that theycan understand. Theymay also need communication to be in a visual form as well as spoken. B needs a Support Worker who can work with themin relationto theirroutines which are very important to them. Theyalso need someone who can support themwith theirmental health and physical health needs and ensure theyattendall health appointments and participatein therapy. B also loves snooker and being outand aboutif you do toothat would be the icing on the cake.We offer
