CNC Punch Press SetterGap personnel are currently working with a well-established UK Manufacturer based local to North Walsham who is looking to add a CNC Punch Press Setter to their fantastic and dynamic team. You will play an integral part within the skilled team, responsible for setting and operating CNC Punch Press machines line with the manufacturing and customer requirements to support the business. The role will require you to work Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm with an early 3:30pm finish on a Friday!Responsibilities for the CNC Punch Press Setter include:• Set and Operate CNC Punch Press• Work to and understand Engineering drawings and tolerances.• Inspect and Sign off Parts throughout production runs.• Problem solving and maintenance of CNC Punch Presses• To keep all work areas clean and tidy to ensure correct presentation and safety of employees.• Understanding of health and safety practicesExperienced required for the CNC Punch Press Setter: • Experience of Programming CNC Punch Presses• Experience within a busy workshop environment• Forklift / Counterbalance / Stacker Truck License/s• Experience with other sheet metal processes would be desirable.• Be able to work efficiently as part of a team.• Due to the location of the role local to North Walsham, your own transport is essential.In return for your hard work:• You will be rewarded with an attractive and competitive salary (to be discussed at the first screening stage)• You will be a part of a 3rd generation family business that operates with a great company culture and values • Early 3:30pm finish on a Friday! • You will have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry and develop your skills.If you would like to discuss this CNC Setter position further, please call Bethany at Gap Personnel but be quick as the role will not be around for long!
