Job Description

Serve Talent have partnered with an industry leading plastic manufacturer based in Norfolk and they are looking for an Asset Care Planner to join their growing business.Seeing their staff as an investment rather than a cost, this company is going places and it is moving fast meaning this might not be your next job but a huge step in your career as an Asset Care Planner. They hire on attitude and if you need any training,theyre more than happy to offer it.Striving to achieve the best standards possible, this is what is required of their Asset Care Planner:

  • Health and Safety awareness ensuring a zero accident mentality.
  • Develop improvement plan for the Engineering Stores.
  • Support the development of the Planned Maintenance schedule.
  • Systematic measurement of the Planned Maintenance.
  • Measurement/tracking of Mean Time Between Failure.
  • Liaising with Planning in advance to ensure assets made available.
  • Auditing and reporting effectiveness of Workplace Organisation.
  • Management of departmental budgets.
With that, here are some of the key knowledge and skills required for the Asset Care Planner:
  • IT literate to include MS Office is essential.
  • Experience of 5s or Workplace Organisation is beneficial.
  • Experience of working in Maintenance Stores is desirable
  • GCSE English and Maths essential or equivalent level.
  • A level standard essential or equivalent BTEC qualification.
  • Experience of working within engineering preferred.
