Job Description

Are you experienced with administration Seeking a new role Look no further!Our client based near North Walsham is seeking a full time permanent Client Services Administrator to join their team.You will need at least one years experience in busy office with a confident telephone manner, good PC and Microsoft Office skills, numerate as spontaneous discounted quotations required, a fast learner and not adverse to making passive sales calls.Duties will include: Monitor Office Inbox and distribute accordingly Answer telephone and distribute call accordingly Prepare and send post understanding various postage requirements, being commercially aware. Adding credit to the Drop & Go account Prepare, end quotations understanding price lists and follow up Enter Order Forms on Lims accurately checking requirements fully and acknowledge new instructions. Record Order Counter and update Whiteboard Prepare and send letters, reports and follow ups where applicable Prepare and send sampling kits to samplers and private clients- Prepare and send Assured Kits Arrange courier collections and resolve any issues Replenishing stationary levels Any other duties requested by your Team Leader/ManagerThis is a full time role hours Mon - Fri 8.30 - 5.00 pm - Late Rota once a week - 10.30 am - 7.00 pm & Saturday rotaonce a month- 8.30 am - 12.30 pm when fully trained.Whats in it for youYou will be rewarded with an attractive salary between £18,500 to £19,500 per annum along with company benefits;Benefits: Target Related Bonus 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Auto Enrolment Pension Free ParkingTransport essential due to location.InterestedPlease call Michelle Topley on or email your CV to .
