Job Description

We provide voice and data solutions for users in remotelocations outside terrestrial networks and design and integrate systems ensuring safety in the most hazardous of environments.We currently have 150 experts, operating in 9 countries and its an exciting time to join the business.We are looking for a Sales Administrator to work in our busy Spare Parts department located in North Shields.Your duties will include:

  • Processing of sales enquiries and issuing quotations to our customer base.
  • Processing of sales orders.
  • Preparation of shipping documentation and despatch paperwork.
  • Assisting in the stores packing and despatching equipment.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of internal systems and paperwork.
Who are we looking forThe successful candidate:
  • Must be experienced in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Will ideally have experience of using an SAP based sales and ordering system (not essential as full job training will be given on commencement of employment).
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.Benefits of working for Satcom Global:
