My client, a leading manufacturer of access control and security solutions in the Tyneside area are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator.This is a unique and exciting opportunity with this company.As a manufacturer of access control and security solutions since 1985, this company maintains market leadership, innovation and cutting-edge design. Since its creation, the company has showed continued growth, and currently employs 250 people globally witha dozen sales offices worldwide.The company is looking for an individual to join their company as a Sales Administrator. The ideal candidate will support their busy Sales Department, and have experience in administration with attention to detail, be well organised and have good skillsin both written and verbal communication. The role will be based in the Tyneside area and is a permanent position.As a Sales Administrator, duties and responsibilities will include:Receive enquiries from customers via email or telephonePrepare and send quotations back to the customer using standard price listsProcessing of sales orders on the IT system.Maintaining good relationships and communication with the customerGeneral administration duties as required.Answering specific inbound customer enquiries.Monitoring Live Chat system.Database and CRM updates and administrationSkills and Experience Requirements:Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Ability to work efficiently to deadlinesGood attention to detailAbility to prioritiseProficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel, Word etc)Previous experience within a manufacturing and sales environmentJob Type: -Full Time, PermanentMonday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (required to be flexible and to work over contracted hours to suit business needs)Benefits include: -A competitive salary - £20,000 - £22,00020 days annual leave per annum plus Bank and Public holidaysFree onsite parkingLearning and Development Opportunities Funds - Personal and Professional.Health Insurance - Bupa and Simply Health Cash Plans available.Health PromotionsDental Plan - via Cash PlanEye Plan - via Cash PlanContributory Pension SchemeFull company induction and training programme provided with study packages being made available to successful and suitable candidates as well as the potential to progress within the team.
