Job Description

A fantastic new role has been created within a large regulated company in North Tyneside for a Trainee Quality Assurance Specialist.This role comes with a full training programme.Duties:

  • Support the team to conduct QA reviews across multiple business areas.
  • Support the team with complaints analysis, FOS complaints, DSARs Police Requests and all aspects of GDPR
  • Generating reports and learning how to analyse data.
  • Support the team with Marketing reviews (including websites, campaigns and social media)
  • Full training around all FCA and ICO rules, guidance and frameworks (learn how these apply to scripts, Elearning, processes, procedures and training)
  • Full training on call monitoring/call consistency sessions/Live Chat.
    • Person:This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a small amount of Compliance/Risk/QA experience who wishes to develop their career as a Quality Assurance Specialist.Ideally with a regulated work backgroundExcellent organisational skillsAble to work well as part of a teamExperienced in MS OfficeSalary is negotiable depending on level of experience.Based North Tyneside.
