North Shields Primary Care Network are excited to announce that we are looking to recruit 3 WTE Primary and Community Practitioners (PCPs) to join our expanding team.Applicants should be experienced clinicians who are comfortable with autonomous working and decision making. Backgrounds such as Paramedic, Physicians Associate or Advanced Nurse Practitioner would be well suited to this role. Working effectively within professional boundaries providing care for patients in their own homes, care homes or community settings will be key for this role. Experience of multi-disciplinary team working and onward referral of cases to GPs and other healthcare professionals will be necessary.
