Job Description

HR Business PartnerNorth East£45,000 + car allowanceA leading FMCG business is seeking a commercially aware HR Business Partner at an exciting time.Having recently brought the HR function back in house the requirement for a HRBP is now required to provide a generalist and commercially focused HR service to a diverse internal customer base. The good news…this role will offer hybrid working and will require you to be on site 2 – 3 days per week (although there will need to be an element of flexibility, but you will manage your own diary). You will be responsible for two main locations; Newcastleand Edinburgh, and as such, you will need to travel in order to provide a high-level HR service to stakeholders including site-based General Managers and their leadership teams. You will provide a broad HR service to these locations, covering all aspects of the HR lifecycle including aspects of upskilling Managers, training, recruitment etc. coupled with a range of project work including the rolling out of a new ATS, reviewing benefitsofferings, performance management, and ensuring the HR strategy is rolled out at a site level. The really good news…all low-level ER cases are dealt with by a third-party provider, and as HRBP you will only step in when these become more complex or likely leading to a dismissal. And this is a non-unionised business.
