From making an initial sales call from enquiries provided to the local branch, to establishing the requirements of the customer and affordability,processing the loan agreement, and then ensuring that payments are maintained.This role requires strong communication skills and excellent rapport building on both the phone and face to face alongside having an excellent eye for detail.
