You will hold strong communication and teamwork skills and be able to work confidently supporting individuals who havebeen released from police custody and helping them integrate back into the community. You will be non-judgmental, and feel confident to work on a 1:1 basis. Having experience with working with ex-offenders is an essential.Your role as a Community Link Advisor will be to support the clients using the service to achieve their life goals and ambitions, to always ensure the safety and successfulness of the service is ran to the highest standard, and to work as a part of an experiencedteam. You will be responsible of managing your own caseloads of clients, and you will concentrate on their individual needs, choices, and goals. You will work with the clients to agree and develop personal, meaningful, and achievable plans which hold positiveoutcomes. You will carry out positive risk assessments which are in line with the companies policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the service is always kept.
