Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a Band 6 Colorectal Nurse Specialist on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work across the trust with a base at North Tyneside General Hospital.The successful candidate will be working in a busy colorectal unit. The post holder will provide specialist nursing with a defined case load for complex cancer/benign patients including the setting of standards of care, assessment of care needs and the development and implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.This is an exciting time of development for Colorectal Services within the Trust and we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates to help drive forward developments within the colorectal service to meet increased demand.
