Job Description

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be partnering with a manufacturing business based in North Shields who are seeking for an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.Responsibilities

  • Responsibility of weekly payroll
  • Invoice processingPurchase and Sales ledger
  • Processing expense requests
  • Credit control
  • Cash book maintenance
  • Bank and Credit card receipt allocation
  • Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
  • Banks reconciliation
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Petty Cash
  • Basic administration
  • Helping oversee HR
  • Supporting Financial Controller
Personal Qualities
  • AAT Full/Part Qualified
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good level of administrative skills
  • Good level of IT skills with emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good time management
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literate
