Job Description

Summary£26,950 up to £36,300* per annum (pro rata) - This isn’t an ordinary job. This is an extraordinary experience.*inclusive of 10% London WeightingThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Regional Talent Team, working alongside the Regional Talent Manager and Regional Talent Officer. With new people continuously joining our growing company, you will play a crucial role in their training journey.You will assign new starters with all relevant training, whilst ensuring that trainee records are correctly set up and maintained. You will act as the first point of contact for all queries relating to systems and processes and will support stakeholders toresolve their issues.What youll do

  • Track the relevant Training documentation including plans to ensure the smooth onboarding of new starters
  • Assign training to all new starters
  • Provide day-to-day support to stakeholders, resolving both technical and process related issues as they arise
  • Support with the planning, organisation and tracking of development courses and other developmental training activities within the region
  • Support the Regional Talent team with administrative tasks
  • Support Line Management administration of Emerging Talent programmes within the region
  • Work collaboratively as part of the Regional Talent Team to influence a positive trend on all Talent KPIs
What youll need
  • Be enthusiastic about the onboarding, training and development of our employees
  • An excellent communicator both over the phone and in person
  • A strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills, great attention to detail and with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Previous experience in administration is desirable but not essential
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Experience using information databases
