Job Description

Ticketmaster UK, part of Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, eCommerce and artist management. Live Nation Entertainment seeks to innovate and enhance the live entertainment experience for artists and fans: before, during and after the show.THE JOB The International Service Delivery team provide support and tooling to Operational and Software Engineering teams that are tasked with delivering products and solutions to Ticketmaster Clients and Fans. Alongside the day to day support of these teams the ISD team tirelessly seek out ways to improve and automate processes for efficiency improvements. The ISD team are also a central point of ownership for 3rd Party Products that are deployed across different delivery streams.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Help some of the smartest minds in the industry get access to the tools they need to do their job
  • Carry out security audits on access levels to keep the business compliant
  • Advising on and making External DNS changes through a number of different DNS suppliers
  • Provisioning & installing SSL certificates via the internal CA system and external authorised CA
  • Automate processes and build tooling where appropriate and sustainable
  • Undertake project work including documentation, prioritisation and execution.
    • WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating systems
  • Exposure to Windows Active Directory
  • Knowledge of the HTTPS and SSL certificates
  • Understanding of DNS
  • Basic scripting skills in a scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Ruby…)
  • Strong documentation skills
