Advocacy and Representation: Champion the voices of those with SEND, ensuring their perspectives are heard in decision-making processes and policy development.� Digital Engagement: Lead innovative digital initiatives to enhance communication and engagement within the SEND community. Training and Development: Provide training to staff and stakeholders on effective communication strategies and co-production principles.What You Bring:� Expertise: Proven experience in SEND communication, co-production, or related fields.� Innovative Mindset: Passion for exploring new and creative ways to engage and communicate with the SEND community. Collaborative Spirit: A team player who can forge strong partnerships with individuals, families, and external organizations.
