Job Description

We will do this by promoting our core values.You are:An administrator who will demonstrate and deliver a high-quality customer service to our Tottenham Hotspur Football Club client and service users. The successful candidate will assist in managing the time and attendance software, as well as other tasks supportingmanagement structure in the smooth running of the Tottenham Hotspur Football Club Campus whilst maintaining close working relationships with all client stakeholders.Together well be:

What youll do:You will be expected to effectively manage Security to ensure that the team are working in line with Carlisle Support Service Policies & Procedures & THFC Policies & Procedures.Your Essential Responsibilities will involve these core elements:Managing the day-to-day Security Operations of the Stadium and associated buildings.
  • Ensure all security shifts are rostered in advance and all personnel are aware of their rosters.
  • Manage and cover any blow-outs
  • Ensure Time and Attendance system is up to date and reflects hours delivered.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding.
  • Ensure SIA licence renewals are monitored.
  • Ensure all officers are deployed in line with the rigours of the Private Security Industry Act 2001 in terms of aligned licensing and training for officers and issues of screening for matters of safeguarding.
  • Support implementation of toolbox talks and administer returns.
  • Ensure all new starter documentation is complete, including PORTW and induction packs.
  • Manage uniform stock, including on site back up stock holding
  • Ensure reward and recognition schemes are regularly used and promoted
  • Establish and encourage proactive working relationships with the key client stakeholders and local community.
What youll need:
  • Excellent communication skills - articulate and focussed, proficient written skills
  • Ability to organise and motivate the team of security officers and supervisory staff to guarantee optimum performance of the wider security team
  • Self-motivated, good time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to compile and understand statistics and reports
  • SIA Door Supervision is a must
  • Ideally CCTV certification (not a must)
