Salary: £33,822 - £44,107 per annumJob Location: Islington - with regular travel to the scheme in HoxtonHours: 36 per week Contract Type: PermanentClarion Housing in partnership with the Amy Winehouse Foundation is seeking a Recovery Project Manager to manage all aspects of the recovery housing projects managed by Clarion and delivered in partnership with the Amy Winehouse Foundation. Youll support the needs of women in recovery from drugs, alcohol and other addictivebehaviours within our recovery housing project, Amys Place, in East London.What youll be doingYoull supervise and develop the support staff and co-ordinate the assessment, review and support work within the building. Youll ensure that the property is effectively managed, this includes repairs, maintenance, services, utilities, safety, security,rent and service charge collections.We provide homes and services to support young women who have completed a programme of rehabilitation for drugs and/or alcohol and who are ready to move on to second stage recovery housing. Each tenant will be committed to abstinence from all mind-alteringsubstances including legal highs and non-prescribed prescription drugs. The project aims to bridge the gap between residential care facilities and isolated independent living in the community through the provision of decent safe temporary housing and highquality, recovery based support.What were looking forWere seeking a highly motivated individual with experience of working with people in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction and associated addictive behaviours. The ideal candidate will also possess an in depth knowledge of mutual aid programmes suchas 12 Step Programmes or SMART Recovery as well as experience of support planning and risk assessment within a supported environment.We welcome applications from candidates with a history of substance or behavioral addictions or problematic substance use.
