What You’ll Be Doing
  • Playing a key role in the preparation and management of bids for defence-related development projects.
  • Ensuring project execution aligns with military and naval standards, meeting customer specifications and deadlines.
  • Identifying program risks and spearheading strategies to mitigate them.
  • Facilitating seamless collaboration between departments, subcontractors, and military clients for project success.
  • Reporting on the progress and financial status of projects, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals.
About You
  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Strong knowledge of military/naval contracts and processes, with an ability to navigate their complexities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on customer needs and stakeholder management.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including potential visits to military sites, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a keen sense of financial and commercial acumen.
