Job Description

Are you interested in learning about Product Training and Documentation and the Entertainment IndustryWe are currently looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Intern to join our international Product Training team, which is part of Ticketmaster UK to help us increase the knowledge of our amazing products. As Product Training Intern in our team you will assist with the day to day operations, reporting and cooperate in building training and documentation material for our Ticketmaster Products and collaborate with our international market representatives using Ticketmaster products and platforms throughout Europe.In this role, you will be able to develop general understanding of the ticketing industry, the competitive landscape, training and documentation techniques and Ticketmasters product offerings. You will learn how to prepare and deliver online and face to face training, create video tutorials and interactive eLearning assets as well as written documentations such as job aids and quick guidelines.You will be mentored by seasoned product trainer and can expect to gain on the job experience in many aspects of product training and documentation, instructional design and adult learning. You will be expected to have an appetite to focus on our users, markets and internal customers to understand their use-cases and find innovative way to transfer knowledge around our Ticketmaster products.Ticketmaster UKTicketmaster UK, part of Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, eCommerce and artist management. Live Nation Entertainment seeks to innovate and enhance the live entertainment experience for artists and fans: before, during and after the show.International Product Training team:The International Product Training team at Ticketmaster focuses on webinar- and classroom training and documenting our in-house Ticketing products, a broad international product portfolio of our next generation ticketing systems, client-servicing web applications to manage events or allocations (B2B), access control-, marketing- and reporting-tools. Ticketmaster is providing the most scalable and reliable ticketing platform in the world to support on sales for the live events in Europe. The team also focusses on addressing promoters, artists and venues needs through client facing tutorials or quick guides.Responsibilities

  • Build live- or online training and documentation material together with your team members.
  • Create interactive training material and video tutorials using Articulate Storyline, Camtasia or other tools to increase the catalogue of self-service training material.
  • Independently gather information about the features and functions of the Ticketing platform and other tools by participating in various demos, requirement definition, design and planning meetings.
  • Investigate market training and documentation requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and analysing product usage or training requests.
  • Collaboratively work with product management, engineering, local subject matter experts and support teams to understand the use cases and best practices of the tools.
  • Provide key performance indicators, compile and analyse reports regarding training activity and documentation usage to evaluate efficiency and impact of work.
  • Assist Product Trainers and Documentation Specialists with organising webinars or classroom-training sessions.
  • Requirements Desired Skills / Knowledge / Experience
  • Pursuing graduate or postgraduate degree, computer/IT or engineering major preferred.
  • Great communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of work etiquette (emails, meetings, etc.).
  • Demonstrable comfort with technical and business concepts through coursework or prior experience.
  • Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and effective manner.
  • Demonstrable interest in technology and large-scale applications.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
