Are you interested in learning about Product Training and Documentation and the Entertainment IndustryWe are currently looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Intern to join our international Product Training team, which is part of Ticketmaster UK to help us increase the knowledge of our amazing products. As Product Training Intern in our team you will assist with the day to day operations, reporting and cooperate in building training and documentation material for our Ticketmaster Products and collaborate with our international market representatives using Ticketmaster products and platforms throughout Europe.In this role, you will be able to develop general understanding of the ticketing industry, the competitive landscape, training and documentation techniques and Ticketmasters product offerings. You will learn how to prepare and deliver online and face to face training, create video tutorials and interactive eLearning assets as well as written documentations such as job aids and quick guidelines.You will be mentored by seasoned product trainer and can expect to gain on the job experience in many aspects of product training and documentation, instructional design and adult learning. Ticketmaster is providing the most scalable and reliable ticketing platform in the world to support on sales for the live events in Europe.
