Job Description

Position: IT Manager Location: North LondonSalary: £55,000 - £65,000 Sector: EducationAre you a tech enthusiast with a passion for shaping the digital landscape in education My client is on the hunt for a dynamic IT Manager to drive cloud innovation and efficiency in their tech ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in managing and optimizing their schools IT infrastructure.
  • Utilize your networking expertise to create and maintain robust, high-performance systems.
  • Windows Server builds and management
  • Exchange / Office 365 migrations and administration
  • Harness the power of the cloud - demonstrate proficiency in Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
  • Provide top-notch technical support, ensuring smooth operations for our faculty and staff.
  • Project planning, implementation and management.
  • Be their cybersecurity guardian, implementing measures to safeguard against digital threats.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement tech solutions that enhance the educational experience.
  • Proficiency with VMware, Hyper-V support and builds
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure is a must.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Awareness of educational technology trends and best practices.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
