Job Description

Full time Live in Housekeeper/Companion jobA couple and their 4 year old daughter are looking for a kind, caring, discreet Housekeeper/companion to help them out. The couple are imminently moving into their newly refurbished home in Highgate, N.London and are looking to also employ an additional 2 staff once settled, so you will be a team of 3.Mum is around, the daughter will be at school and dad works out at his office weekday afternoons. In the mornings he has physio at home. The gentleman is in a wheelchair and has a speech impediment and you will need to help him with day to day tasks if required, such as dressing, undressing, passing him things and light personal care.Other duties will include:

  • Modern house- care of high end clothing and furniture
  • Cleaning, laundry and ironing
  • Family cooking
  • Running errands/grocery shopping
    • The ideal candidate will be warm, experienced and looking for longevity A Spanish speaker is a bonus. You must have a good understanding of technology for the new house and to occasionally help the gentleman in put information into his I-pad.Ideally you will be happy to travel to their family villa in Spain in the summer.House: Large family homeHours: 5.5 days. Days off are half of Friday and all of Saturday, 7.00am - 12.00pm & 3.00pm - 8.00pm.Accommodation: own private bedroom in a separate staff cottage in the grounds of the home.
