A start-up virtual reality production company allowing their customers to create their own 360 degree videos for use on web, mobile, tablet or virtual reality videos. Applications for this technology include 360 degree tours of new property developments and boats.The digital Account Manager will be responsible for managing all of our online and social media channels and the design, build and implementation of campaigns to drive customer sales and retention and customer services. Additionally, you will be responsible for customer services and training for one of our largest US clients• Digital Marketing and PR activities• Industry Research• Managing Blog and all social media channels daily• Digital analytics• Competitor Analysis• Researching and writing white papers.• Creating stand out online campaigns• Customer Service Enquires, both on and offline.• Working closely with Product, Commercial and Technical Teams.• Client Account Management• Attend conferences and networking events in the UK and abroad when required.Soft Skills;Intelligent, articulate, driven, ambitious, determined, pro-active, tenacious.
