The agency makes a great effortto develop the most innovative approaches and work therapeutically to individually meed the needs of the children.The home is well-established and has a solid structure in place, 1 registered manager, 2 deputies, 2 team leaders and a team of support workers.ResponsibilitiesThe successful childrens deputy home manager is someone that is experienced in residential childcare and has worked witht the registered manager previously. As part of the role you will be responsible for managing the team of support workers and work togetherwith the Team leader to make sure social care is delivered to the highest standards.RequirementsPlease apply if:- you have Level 3 NVQ diploma in residential childcare or equivalent- you have at 2 years of experience working with children and young people who are at risk in a residential or community based settingBenefits
