Job Description

Ticketmaster is the worlds leading ticketing platform, helping artists, venues, festivals, theatres and clubs get million of tickets into the hands of fans. We sell over 500m tickets every year in 30 countries around the world. We are part of Live Nation Entertainment which is the worlds leading live entertainment company.There are over 500 employees based at the Ticketmaster office in Angel it is a busy and vibrant office (with a bar and a slide!). You will work in Ticketmater International Communications team alongside the VP and Director of Communications.THE JOBThe Content and Communications Executive will report to the Director of Communications. You will work to support the Communications team across Ticketmasters business outside of the US, with particular emphasis on the UK. You will also work with the Live Nation UK team on UK and International employee communications.We need someone with a good grounding in communications and a particular understanding of how to engage and motivate employees through a variety of channels - whether thats video, email, screen content or events and everything in between. Were looking for a creative person who enjoys working closely with a variety of teams across the business to develop engaging campaigns to build compelling and memorable stories.The role lends itself to someone with a design background of flair, confident in a variety of areas such as (but not limited to) filming and editing videos, building beautiful emails and putting together corporate presentations. Youll be our go-to person when we need something created, so knowledge of Photoshop, email creation tools and video editing would be hugely beneficial.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take that next step in their career.   • Lead on, define and manage the employee communications strategy for both Ticketmaster International and Live Nation UK; from daily news updates to quarterly updates from the division Presidents, weekly magazine style communication to employees and updating screen content
  • Video creation and working closely with our Marketing teams to continually refresh all content to look the best it possibly can
  • Support the Communications team on general team administration and operations
  • Lead on the development and execution of all internal events and support the team on external events and media engagements - attending events where required
  • Engage with senior management and key stakeholders
  • As the Communications team in a central function of the business, you can expect to regularly interact with key members across various teams including Marketing, HR, Insight, Technology, Artist Services and more
  • Assist with all conferences and awards that Ticketmaster and Live Nation are involved in
  • Manage subscriptions to national and trade publications
  • WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
  • The ideal candidate will have a good grounding and understanding of communications and content creation, with a keen eye for design
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Power Point, Excel, Word and Word Press
  • Experience using Photoshop or similar
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • The ability, or willingness to learn, to edit videos
  • Experience building emails
  • Experience of running communication or marketing campaigns
