Job Description

Case Manager - Bridging FinanceOur client, a multi-award-winning short-term property lender (Short-Term Bridging, Refurbishment, and Buy-to-let loans.), is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join their existing team.Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the Credit Managers, aiding and conducting pre-underwriting of loans.
  • Responsible for managing a pipeline of Level 1 loan applications, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to bring the applications to completion.
  • Provide support to the Credit Managers by reviewing underwriting and legal requirements, as well as drafting internal tools and forms.
  • Maintain communication with brokers, borrowers, and other third parties, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Supervise the Credit Analyst team, ensuring that workloads are monitored, and tasks are completed on time.
  • Handle monthly reporting on applications, particularly those involving refurbishment tranches, by liaising with borrowers and reviewing reports, invoices, and bank statements.
  • Oversees the Asset Manager panel, ensuring that service levels are maintained.
  • Responsible for liaising with borrowers regarding nonpayment of monthly interest and ensuring that payments are made within agreed timelines.

  • At least 12/18 months’ experience working for a lender within a similar role.
Package:
  • Salary up to £40k (Depending on experience)
