Our client a well-established Fire and Security Company located in North London due to expansion is searching for a Business Development Manager/Lead Generator.OverviewAs a Business Development Manager/Lead Generator at you will play a pivotal role in driving their business growth. They are looking for a results-driven and friendly professional who is passionate about sales and client relationships. While knowledge ofthe Fire and Security industry is desirable, we welcome applicants with relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development, even if it is outside our industry.Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals- Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our fire and security solutions- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets- Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with accurate product information and quotations- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors activities- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction- Regularly update the CRM system with client interactions and sales progressQualifications and Requirements:- Previous experience in a Sales/Account Manager/Business Development role- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and closing abilities- Knowledge of Microsoft packages I.e., word, outlook, and Excel- Results-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanour- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team- Knowledge in the Fire and Security industry is desirable but not essential- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle (as travel may be required)Benefits:- Performance-based bonuses- Opportunity for career advancement within a growing company- Work from home- Company pension- Company car- Employee laptop and phone and fuel cardIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development, we encourage you to apply and be part of a mission of delivering top-notch fire and security solutions.Core Link Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer.
