The company has a great reputation for the quality of service they provide.The company will consider an Assistant Property Manager with upwards of 1 year experience!The role of Assistant Property Manager involves working on a portfolio of blocks to help coordinate repairs, maintenance, property inspections, and finances/budgets. With time you will be exposed to all areas of block management including Major Works (Section20), Planned & Preventative maintenance and reporting, H&S and Fire risk training, Client/Board meetings, etc. This position will suit an enthusiastic individual who is looking to progress within a smaller company able to offer you bespoke support and guidance.We are looking for a Assistant Property Manager with the following:* A good communicator with lots of common sense, initiative, and customer service skills* Must be well organised with attention to detail and excellent English speaking and writing* MUST DRIVE WITH OWN CAR, please do not apply unless you have already passed your driving test and have your own car as this is essential for the role* Have experience working as an Assistant Block Manager with a good level of knowledge in Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 * Experience in using Microsoft packages, including Word & ExcelIn return our client is offering the successful Assistant Property Manager:* Starting Salary of around £26,000p.a. to £30,000 p.a.
