Job Description

Administration Support - Pest Control

  • Full office based
  • Islington
  • £14/£15 per hour PAYE- paid weekly
  • Immediate start
  • Administration experience required
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Packages
Job Overview:The pest control team is responsible for making sure that public health pests are dealt with effectively, safely and in a cost-effective and environmentally friendly way.To achieve these aims, the team: responds to requests to deal with public health pests; offers advice on treatment of pests and develops programmes for effectively dealing with infestations in residential blocks.
  • Answering the telephone and deal with email enquiries, logging details on to the database
  • handling billing inquiries
  • running daily reports
  • managing record keeping
  • ordering general office supplies
  • Manage the inbox ensuring a smooth running day
  • Data entry on spreadsheets
The role will be weekly with an immediate start.
