Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as ourTerritory Sales Manager. Homebased role covering Northern England (North, M62 corridor).Joining us on a full time, permanent basis (Normally Monday to Friday, exceptions for trade shows or customer weekend events, 40hours), you will receive acompetitive salary.Mooveis a leading provider of automotive lubricants, oils, and chemicals throughout the UK, Europe, and Asia. As ourTerritory Sales Manager, you will be building strong relationships with customers and driving sales and growth within your sector, aligned to company plans.Responsibilities as ourTerritory Sales Manager are to:
  • Achieve Territory sales revenue, volume and delivered margin through consultant approach proactive account management
  • Drive and own sales pipeline at distributor and workshop level
  • Identify areas of growth and introduce new products to all customers in line with sales plan
  • Create, management and maintain all stakeholder relationships
  • Contribute and implement key customer business plans ensuring these are aligned to delivering company objectives
  • Hold business development meetings to review performance by product group
  • Maintain and produce accurate account information and records
  • Ensure customer compliance with application data
  • Maintain credit controls
  • Engage with internal departments to achieve key objectives
  • Attend and support hospitality events and trade shows as required
Skills required of our Territory Sales Manager:
  • 2-3 years sales experience
  • Articulate and numerate
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs plus Salesforce and Phocas
  • Strong, positive, and proactive communicator
  • Flexible
  • Great time management and planning skills
  • Pro-active and can work on own initiative
  • Delivery of presentations and training
Good to have
  • Knowledge of Automotive aftermarket
  • Fluent in English plus one other language
  • Degree or equivalent
