Role: Care & Support Worker Location: Brandesburton Pay Rate: £8.91 per hour Overtime available at an enhanced rate of +£2ph above hourly pay rates Were proud to pay all employees at National Living Wage rate, or above, including those aged under 23 Aboutthe Role: The Granary is a residential service located in the Brandesburton area and here we provide care and support to adults with a range of learning disabilities, complex needs Whilst no two days or nights are the same typically, youll help the peoplewe support to develop their independent living skills and support with everyday challenges such as personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication, attending health appointments and taking part in hobbies & activities. Crucially, enabling them tocarry out tasks, chores and hobbies that most people take for granted but are meaningful to the people we support.
