Are you a qualified Science teacher looking for a new opportunity Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a full-time, fully qualified Science teacher to work in a wonderful school in Pocklington, starting after Easter 2023 and potentially extending into the newacademic year.As a Science teacher, your duties will include planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5 teaching for a Biology specialist. You will be responsible for assessing and trackingstudent progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents, and contributing to the schools extra-curricular program.The ideal candidate will hold QTS and have experience teaching Science in a UK secondary school setting. The school is ideally looking for a Biology specialist, but any Science specialism will be considered for the role. The successful candidate will haveexcellent subject knowledge, be able to inspire and engage students, and have a commitment to raising achievement. The school does have a sixth form, so an applying Biology specialist will have the opportunity to teach their subject to A Level.In return, the school offers a supportive and welcoming environment, as well as the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals.
