Job Description

Salary: Up to £29,000 DOELocation: East Riding of Yorkshire (Easily commutable from Hull, Selby and York)Grafton Recruitment are excited to be supporting an innovative and industry-leading marketing agency based in East Yorkshire in their search for a skilled and dynamic Paid Media Planning Manager to join their talented and growing Paid Online Media team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business that not only offers industry-leading benefits, but also provides amazing career progression and growth opportunities.This position is perfect for any experienced paid media marketing specialist with management experience, as well as demonstrable knowledge and experience in planning, managing, and executing successful online paid media campaigns to grow and progress theircareer with a supportive, ambitious, and innovative business.Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and driving the planning strategy of the department.
  • Working with the head of the department to develop, renew, and uphold service levels and best practices.
  • Reporting on the departments performance and identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Managing a team of Executives and Assistants to ensure that they meet company expectations for workloads, targets, training, and development.
  • Ensuring that the work produced by the Executives and Assistants consistently meets the required standards.
  • Conducting regular one-on-one reviews with Marketing Executives and Assistants.
  • Providing clients with support regarding their campaigns, including content requirements, platform information, and conversion tracking.
  • Managing client accounts, including researching, planning, and formulating post-campaign analyses.
  • Collaborating with all team members to maintain the companys outstanding reputation for online and offline media, while providing excellent customer service.
  • Attending meetings and events as needed.
  • Preparing and delivering training to the team.
  • Supporting the rest of the company and management team in various additional projects as needed.
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in planning, managing, and optimising paid advertisements/PPC campaigns.
  • At least 1 year of managerial experience.
  • Experience in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking in GA4, Tag Manager, and other paid online advertising platforms.
  • Experience working with small and large client accounts to research, plan, optimize, and complete paid media campaigns.
  • Must be able to take a strategic approach with the ability to add market knowledge, insight, and intelligence.
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong time and workload management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills are required, with a proven track record of driving and growing multiple revenue streams being highly desirable.
  • Prior experience working across multiple platforms in an agency environment is also desirable.
