Page Personnel are working with well established manufacturing business who are looking for a creative marketing Executive to assist the marketing team with executing specific marketing projects. The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a keeneye for detail.Client DetailsOur client is a well established manufacturing business located in York. They are looking for a marketing executive to join the team, as they are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand the team.DescriptionKey responsibilities

• Supporting the Marketing Manager in the day-to-day management of our front office stakeholders.
• Support campaigns, including creative development, establishing KPIs and reporting.
• Help to build relationships with the regional media, identify and package press stories for journalists.
• Help to manage third party partnerships and sponsorship, including supplier on boarding, management of contracts, and supplier payments.
• Help to manage status documents to ensure thorough governance and delivery of marketing output
• Support the management of paid media plans, including social advertising and PPC.
• Support the digital team to support the delivery of email newsletters and event invitations (using Adobe Campaign)
• Support the digital team to manage website change requests - building new pages within the CMS (using Content Stack).
• Support on the management of our social media channels.

ProfileEssential skills for the marketing executive:

• Knowledge of marketing across wide range of disciplines including digital and PR (press).
• Social media and email marketing experience needed.
• Understanding of the need to be compliant within financial services guidelines, including an understanding of information security and data protection, consumer duty, GDPR regulation, domain management and accessibility standards
• Marketing automation systems eg. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo etc.
• Using analytic tools e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, SessionCam etc. to extract meaningful information from data to create marketing insights and business intelligence.
• Social media tools e.g. Hootsuite
• SEO and the principles of search engine optimisation
• Enterprise content management systems e.g. ContentStack, EPiServer, Sitecore, AEM etc.
• Pro-active and effective stakeholder, customer and vendor engagement skills.
• Comfortable communicating technical language with the given audience and able to express complex concepts in simple terms to reach broader audiences.
• Inspiring, trustworthy, collaborative and an instinctively agile leader, capable of remaining positive when under pressure.
• Problem solver and computational thinker with high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
