They are now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their successful maintenance team in East Yorkshire . This is a hands on Management role where you will be leading a team of 3 engineers. You will be responsible for managing the team whilst being hands on in the reactive and planned maintenance of machinery on a food production site. You will need to contributeto ongoing continuous improvement plans as well as project and installation work and report on KPIs.The ideal candidate will be a Multi Skilled with previous experience managing or supervising a team in a production or manufacturing setting. This is a hands on multi-skilled management role that will involve mechanical and electrical fault-finding and projectwork on food production machinery whilst offering the chance to build your team and progress your career in to senior management roles within the business.
