The successful candidate will play a crucial role in handling a balanced mix of respondent and claimant work, offering a great opportunity to demonstrate expertiseand impact within a renowned firm.Responsibilities:* Provide high-quality legal advice in all areas of employment law, including employment contracts, workplace disputes, and discrimination cases. * Manage a caseload involving both respondent and claimant work, ensuring effective case resolution. * Draft, review, and ensure the accuracy of legal documents and correspondences. * Stay abreast of the latest developments in employment law and apply this knowledge to benefit clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear and effective communication. Ideal Candidate Profile:* A qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law. * Demonstrated ability to handle both respondent and claimant cases with a track record of successful outcomes. * Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex legal advice for clients. * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively. * Committed to upholding the highest standards of client care and legal excellence.
