Position: Director of Operations (Healtcare Sector)Location: Humberside Airport, Ulceby, DN39Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)Salary: Up to £100,000 per annumOur client is in the process of opening a brand-new state of the art Private hospital very close Humberside airport. The Hospital is distinguished member of one of the UKs premier independent healthcare network and they are seeking a dynamic Director of Operationsto enhance its Senior Management Team. This role is integral to maintaining the status as one of the nations leading private healthcare providers, known for comprehensive network of hospitals and clinics and their capacity for executing complex surgeries.Responsibilities:Lead the efficient operation of all non-clinical services, ensuring exceptional support service delivery within the hospital.Collaborate with the Senior Management Team, including the Executive Director and Director of Clinical Services, to craft and implement strategic, operational, and business development plans.Drive patient activity and revenue growth through strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.Support and guide department managers and leads in establishing and achieving their objectives, contributing to the hospitals overall business plan.Guarantee the delivery of NHS activities in alignment with RTT 18-week protocols.Qualifications:A degree or postgraduate qualification in leadership and management.Proficient financial acumen for interpreting financial data.Proven experience in analysis, reporting, and developing proposals for capital investment.Commercial contract management expertise, including dealings with healthcare funders and NHS contracts.Familiarity with service sector systems and processes, particularly in revenue and debt management.Demonstrated success in driving efficiency and optimization in operations, with a good grasp of Telephony and IT network systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Knowledge of regulatory standards in hospital management.Experience in staff recruitment, selection, and development, ideally within a healthcare setting.Minimum of two years experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in a similar role.Benefits:Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits, including:25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, extending to 30 days with service.Private Pension and Healthcare Schemes.Friends & Family Hospital Discounts.Generous Maternity, Paternity & Adoption policies.Non-contributory life insurance.To apply, please submit your CV to this advert or call Rob Addy on for more details.Required skills
