The role will be accountable for 100+ heads, a multi-million £ operating budget and a transport function with a large fleet of commercial vehicles.You will be responsible for leading the team, operational management, financial control, compliance, safety all whilst driving a continuous improvement agenda that allows us to continually strive towards making Hermes a great place to work.In addition to your team, you’ll be joining a team of 26 Logistics professionals who are responsible for managing our Depot network across the country.This position is ideal for someone who wants to make a difference and be responsible for positive change.
