Conservation Structural EngineerYORKREF MR90SALARY UP TO £45,000 + BENEFTISOur client is a successful, well-established, medium sized, Civil and Structural Consultancy which are actively seeking Structural Engineers with a strong interest in Building Conservation to join a busy York built heritage and refurbishment team. You willbe working on Listed Buildings and Scheduled Ancient Monuments as well as non-designated heritage assets across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.Potential recruits must have several years of experience on working on building structures ventures and be at Chartered or near-Chartered status. The role requires excellent analytical and report-writing skills, and a willingness to survey structures atheight and within derelict buildings with appropriate risk mitigation. You will also need strong communication skills and be comfortable with meeting clients and construction professionals. Self-motivation, a methodical approach and an enthusiasm for thissector are all essential.You can expect a competitive salary along with a flexible benefits package commensurate with your experience and professional qualifications.
